By using our website/retail location placing an order for goods you confirm your agreement to our terms and conditions,including the Privacy Policy, as set out below.

ORDER

The buyer orders, and the seller agrees to sell , the Goods at the Price for delivery at the delivery date

The quantity and the description of Goods are set out in the order form

All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by you, the Buyer, to purchase these goods pursuant to these terms and conditions

You, the Buyer, shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the order form

No order submitted by you, the Buyer, shall be deemed to be accepted unless and until we confirm acceptance of the order by email or by telephone

We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you and will not be required to provide any explanation

You, the BUYER, shall be responsible for ensuring that any bespoke information provided by you is accurate.The possibility of returns, in the absence of fault on behalf of SYKO will not be possible.

PAYMENTS

The Buyer shall pay the price for the Goods as stated in the invoice and not as stated in any quotation, estimate, documentation or given orally.

Payment will be charged to the credit card account provided by you on the website order form

By placing an order, you, the Buyer consent to payment being charged to your credit card account as provided on the order form

Payment for the goods become due and shall be made prior to the delivery being made

All amounts stated are inclusive f VAT and/or any other appliable taxes/levy, which shall be charged in addition at the rate in force at the date any payment is required from the buyer.

DELIVERY

amounts The seller shall deliver the goods to the address of the Buyer on the delivery date. The cost of delivery shall be in addition to the Price. Thye cost shall  be subject to the method of delivery, and shall be payable at the same in the same manner as the price.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Delivery Date or other date given under the agreement is no more than an estimate, and shall not be of the essence.

PROPERTY AND RISK

The risk of the goods shall pass to the Buyer on the delivery date

The property of the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Seller has received the payment of the Price in full, whether or not delivery has been made.

Goods not signed for as damaged or incomplete will be deemed to be received in 'good condition or complete'

If goods are received damaged on delivery, or there is a shortage in supply of goods, or goods are not those ordered, or any parts are missing, the Buyer shall sign notifying SYKO and furthermore should notify SYKO in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

LIABILITY

The Seller shall not incur or accept any liability concerning any representation made by the Seller(or on the Seller's behalf) to the Buyer (or any person on behalf of the Buyer) prior to making of this agreement where such representation was made or given in relation to the conditions;

The Seller declines any liability to the Buyer of the product, personal or property damage, especially direct, indirect, immediate or subsequent pecuniary loss including loss of profit, loss of business depletion of goodwill or otherwise, which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement.

The Seller declines any liability to the Buyer for any damages or injuries arising out of the Buyer's failure to comply with any mandatory driving laws and regulations or Highway codes of practice.For example, helmets should be worn at all times.SYKO recommends that Appropriate protective clothing should be worn.

WEBSITE

We will attempt to ensure that the information available on the website at any time is accurate. However, we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions as quickly as practicable after becoming aware or being notified of these.

All drawings, descriptive matter and specifications of the goods on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.

We may also change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website, including the availability of any features, information, database or content or restrict access to parts or all of the website without notice or liability.
